What does it mean to be a man? I have been told that I am to be measured by the notches on my dick; that I should lie through my smile, fear your menstruation, and chain you, bloody and unwilling, to the foot of my bed; that the lives I chew up and spit out are more important than the fences that I mend or the wounds that I stitch. My training has taught me that my pile of loot should be equal in size to the tumor of guilt that I hide deep inside; that sleep can only come from a pill; that my actions behind your back are more important than the words that I speak to your face. I must learn to kill with gusto and style, for only through murder and gore, through self-righteous mania, can I attract the approving eye of our lord, our God. History has proven, time and again, that because I am famous, you should be grateful when I grab your pussy without asking your permission; when I drug you and fuck you and toss you away. Is this what it means to be a man?
