“Speaking of feelings,” Gigi decided to continue with their curiosity, “how are things with Priyanka? Last I heard, you guys were on the mend.”

“You could say that,” she nodded, chewing on her lip. “It’s weird, it’s almost like we’re meeting each other for the first time all over again, because we’re both totally different versions of ourselves than when we first started hooking up.”

“Are the feelings still there? Does it hit different now?”

Lemon tilted her head as she mulled over the question. “I guess it does hit different now, like I said, there’s no buffer now. We haven’t had sex since I got out of rehab, but we’ve been spending more time together… it almost feels like a proper courtship.”

Gigi smiled softly. “When you really like someone, you can’t live in that denial forever, trust me on that. What you guys have… it’s something. I think that something might be what you both need. Far be it for me to act like I know what I’m talking about, but I’ve been there.”

“Do you regret not saying something sooner?”

They shook their head. “Nah, everything happened when the time was right, I think it will for you guys too.”

“Tell me why I’m being roped into this again,” Brooke Lynn requested as she drove where the GPS on her phone directed her.

“You know goddamn well I can’t drive,” Nicky retorted.

The blonde rolled her eyes. “I also know goddamn well that you could’ve paid a driver to take your ass out to Jersey for this. Now tell me why you asked me instead.”

Nicky looked down and rubbed the back of her neck. “Moral support?” She glanced back over at her, chewing on her lip, “look, I know you think this is a stupid idea, but it’s important to me. Important enough for me to be, you know…”

“Scared?” Her expression softened at the way Nicky nodded meekly. “And you’re sure this is what you want?”

jackie will go all in, full mother hen mode. she doesn’t let jaida lift a finger, even if it’s just a cold. jaida usually just tries to get jackie to stay the fuck in bed when sick, which is its own struggle

jan is very enthusiastic when she tries to help nicky feel better, but it often results in something like nearly burning the kitchen down trying to make soup. nicky knows her strengths and just goes out to buy the best tools to care for jan when she’s ill

neither gigi nor crystal are the best at it, but crystal does have some practice from babysitting and taking care of her dad, so she can step up when gigi’s out of commission. gigi calls jackie to help

rosé and denali are usually too stubborn to acknowledge that they’re sick so the other has to essentially lock them in the bedroom to stay put until they admit they’re sick. but they take pretty good care of each other

early birds - jackie, kameron, brooke

doesn’t like waking up early but can easily - denali, jan, nicky, crystal

on the struggle bus - lemon, rosé, jaida, vanjie

none of them ideally 😉

no but it’d be more like:

- gigi thinks they wear the pants, as if they don’t immediately drop what they’re doing bcs crystal wants to do something on a whim. but at the same time crystal would probably say gigi if asked that

- jan 100% wears the pants. it doesn’t matter how much of a high powered businesswoman nicky is, she started abiding by ‘happy wife happy life’ long before she considered proposing to her. jan doesn’t even realize it and is just happy nicky takes such good care of her

- that dynamic just doesn’t exist with jackie and jaida or lemon and priyanka, for wildly different reasons. jaida and jackie just have a very even team-like dynamic while lemon and pri are just happy when they’re not walking on eggshells anymore

- denali thinks she lets rosé wear the pants and vice versa, to the point where no ones sure who actually does

- priyanka and jaida are the two biggest pranksters of the group, god help everyone else if they decide to team up (april fools day and halloween keeps everyone on their toes)

- gigi is the hardest to prank bcs even if it works they just don’t react so it’s not fun, lemon is similar to them in that case. on the other hand, vanessa and jan are the easiest to prank and it is never not funny

- jackie isn’t easily pranked but she is easily startled. refer to the halloween paranoia lol

vanessa and brooke are cat people, which frustrates kameron who’s always been a dog person and has a dog (and when asked what her fave breed is, she just says lilo is her favorite dog). luckily lilo gets along with the three cats and everyone warms up to each other

jan doesn’t care about breeds as long as they’re friendly. she will go up to dogs to pet them before acknowledging their owner. nicky has never been a pet person, but jan eventually starts asking for a puppy and, well, nicky’s never said no to her before…

crystal likes shiba inus and akitas, in an ‘i just think they’re neat’ way. but her cat hates basically everyone except her and gigi so they won’t be getting one, though gigi likes dogs they could put in a purse

denali’s favorite is chihuahuas bcs her moms family is from that part of mexico. rosé also says she acts like one when she’s mad… chihuahuas have become her favorite breed too

priyanka always said she doesn’t like dogs until she meets gus, who lemon adopts shortly after coming home (naturally, english bulldogs are her face) and falls in love w him immediately
