They balanced the chair just so so that when they closed the door, it would fall can jam itself between the floor and the door, locking the door once more.

Real red truth: The chair wasn't balanced in any way to make it stand in a way that it would fall and jam itself between the floor and the door, someone put it in that position, locking the door with their own hands.
BLUE: While the window was being broken is when the second person made their escape. The detective could not see into the room whilst breaking the window as evidenced by not being able to see the gruesome sight until in the room. The second person was in the room until the room was unsealed, but not a moment more. The culprit exited through the door. As there was no chain lock that sealed the room, the door could be opened as far as necessary for the culprit to set the chair lock.
But that leaves the fact that there was a door blocking the door!
RED: The chair on the door was in place the whole time from the creation of the closed room when the culprit left until Natsuhi, Genji, Gohda, Kumasawa, Rosa and Kyrie decided to take the bodies out!
Hrm... RED: Until the closed room was unsealed, there was someone along with the victims! BLUE: This someone was not the culprit, but a witness to the crime. They themselves sealed the room, not the culprit, allowing ample room for the culprit to escape without needing to seal the room.
Yes, this witness... let's call them witch X, helped the culprit, let's call them witch Y, escape and then... they left through a wall! Oh, I think you're going to revise that.
Obviously, the whole time the one that's been with the victims is me! The witch! I've made faces at Eva the whole night while I enjoyed the fact that she couldn't scream for help!

Because of that red, BLUE: it is possible to assume that none of the (revealed) victims are culprits, as they were all in plain sight.

Dumb theory. BLUE: The culprit was in the room when Natsuhi and co. opened it. The culprit wasn't hidden. This bypasses the red of the culprit being hidden in the room when it was open, opening the closed room.
Nice, but fortunately for the human side, Natsuhi really isn't that much of an air head.
