The case's chronology under the readmore!
Our culprit, as you correctly guessed, is Kyrie Ushiromiya!
Her accomplice, on the other hand, is actually our dearest Witch of Origins, Maria! (Kyrie really does love her daughter a little too much to make her crawl into a corpse)
5 p.m. - Kyrie gives Maria the letter and tells her she's actually Beatrice. Maria believes her, and they put the plan together.
1 a.m. - Kyrie gives Ange something to drink containing sleeping powder and, when she finally sleeps, Kyrie leaves. She knocks out everyone in the dining room with sleeping powder. She then proceeds to kill the first five, to put the booby trap in place, to stab Eva, sew her lips and to arrange the place. She takes the master keys out of Shannon and Kanon's bodies and places them on the table.
Kyrie takes the organs out of the bodies and puts candy in 4 of them, then seals them up with duct tape. For the fifth, she initially applies duct tape all over it, then cuts it slightly so Maria has a hole to fit into it. After that she tells Maria to put the chair so that it locked the door and to hide. She leaves. Maria does it and locks the door with Shannon's key, then puts it back on the table. She crawls inside Nanjo and seals the body from the inside.
Once outside, Kyrie paints the magic circle in red paint.
9 a.m. - Natsuhi and co. enter the room, breaking the closed room state. The booby trap was especially planted so that there would be an excuse to take the bodies out of the room. When Eva starts to burn, Kyrie suggests they should take the bodies to a nearby room, she grabs Krauss' body and walks away with the rest of them. Of course, she already prepared the room they're putting the bodies in. When they all leave for the Maria comes out: she has taken the duct tape and a pocket knife herself. Kyrie has instructed her to look under the bed for a bag of candy. She throws a bunch of them into Krauss, seals him up and then leaves with the bag. As everyone was in the room of the murders, no one really saw her going back to the guesthouse. When Natsuhi goes on to investigate the bodies, they are all full of candy!
