Day 28: favourite turtle intro/song

You guessed it, for me it's 2003 theme just because it has the nostalgia feel to it and it has a variety which I like. That's why you get two pics but different lyrics on them from that song from different seasons. You can see how I gave up on this and rushed the coloring part, as I should be in bed by now but wanted to finish this before day ends and there might be mistakes.

Day 28 of @tmaynt! ... So, this one does have a bit of explanation to it.

I had only seen the first few seasons of '03 as a kid, but after my husband and I got into TMNT via Rise, we decided to go back and watch it all the way through. I told my husband that my favorite line from the '03 opening is the "Watch out for Shredder!" because I find it so funny -- it sounds like something that would come from pressing a button on an action figure. I would frequently mimic it alongside the intro.

We eventually made it to season 4, which neither of us had seen yet. The intro for this season changed a bit -- imagine our surprise when instead of my favorite line, Mikey dances around with the Shredder's helmet and happily proclaims "We shredded Shredder!" My husband and I both burst out laughing. It's a great memory for both of us now.
