Dyeing Doll Clothes
I bought the cardigan from Kitβs Photographer Outfit a few months ago, hoping to use it for my dolls as I lack the knitting skills to make one myself. However, when it arrived I really didnβt love the colour. Itβs a bright coral that really didnβt go with any of the doll clothes I already owned, so I never used it.Β
So I dyed it! I used Rit DyeMore synthetic dye in the colour graphite, as it was something I already owned and had experience with. Though because the base colour was coral, I wasnβt sure what the final product would be.

It shows a little pinker on camera, but IRL itβs a subtle plum colour that easily fits in with my doll wardrobe. I also exchanged the the original buttons for ones that I liked better!
I dressed Daphne for the weekend!
