Things with work have gotten stressful and I can feel my anxiety taking over. So here’s a little self-inspiration to get myself through it --this photo is from my June 2015 Salkantay Trek to Machu Piccu (I’m 2nd from right). One of the most incredible experiences of my life, shared with 6 amazing friends. Made much better by the prior 9 months, which I spent eating keto and improving my fitness. Time to remember what *focused* slow-and-steady can do for a body. A few old habits have started to creep back into my life... but I will *not* let them take over. Time to be proud of what I’ve accomplished and use it as fuel to move forward.Â
