my first attempt writing headcannons
okay so one of my comfort shows is the BBC adaptation of Sherlock Holmes (called Sherlock). i love it so much omg. it’s pathetic.
here are my hcs for john:
lee!john watson:
SO ticklish. especially on his belly. will giggle helplessly.
he turns very red and gets all embarrassed because he’s military and soldiers aren’t supposed to be ticklish!
repressed the fact that he likes being tickled for so long but if anyone even hints that they’ll accept that part of him he’s so vulnerable with you
he is stronger than his ler most of the time and will actively resist the urge to fight back just so he won’t hurt the ler and so he can enjoy the tickles

he finds it adorable that you like being tickled and finds any excuse to indulge your wishes
he’s soooo teasy (which is funny because he can’t handle teasing at all as a lee) and loves pet names (especially love and dear and darling - very british)
his loves how he can use his strength/military expertise to pin someone before they can even blink
and his army/medical training means he has great knowledge of people’s weak points
his technique has such a range. like his hands are big and strong so he’s good at like squeezing/pinching/clawing but he can also be super teasy with his fingernails (especially in spots like your belly/armpits/feet 🫠)
