I've been following you for 2 years and I'm amazed that you're still posting! Asking as a now dead fanfiction blog, how have you kept up your motivation to write?
what helps you write, in my opinion, is pretty individual, but some general tips would be:
write for yourself sometimes
this is something i started doing a little while ago, where i’ll just write whatever i want to write - any fandom, any character, any au - but none of these fics will ever be published cause they exist solely to make me happy. i think a big thing that makes people (especially in small fandoms) lose motivation is not getting notes/likes/comments, so writing solely what you want to write, and not having any social media pressure, can really help with that :) also it helps you write more variety and so helps hone your writing skill
write what you want to write on here
you don’t owe anyone anything. don’t write for characters you don’t care about, don’t write asks that bore you, don’t force yourself to have a writing schedule which clashes with your daily life. take breaks and have fun with what you’re doing!
create a shrine filled with print outs of sweet comments you’ve received where you can cry over how nice your followers are
(nah but seriously, comments - even if they’re just a tag on a reblog - are the best thing readers can possibly do to help keep their favourite fanfic blogs alive. and there’s so many options too! whether you’re comfortable reblogging, or just want to write a comment on the post directly, or send an anonymous ask: all are very much appreciated and will help keep your fandoms alive :))
