#tiny teatox

So I got my tiny teatox in the mail on Thursday and I was super excited! It only took five days for me to get it! But I didn’t really have time on Friday to drink it 3 times so today was really my second day of taking the tea the way it directs you to!

It is hard to remember to have the tea 30 minutes before I eat because I’m always hungry! But today I tried my best and it really surprised me because the tea actually filled me up before breakfast so I had a smaller breakfast than usual! Just some egg whites with spinach and cottage cheese. I feel that it is cleansing my body after I eat and I actually feel great afterwards! So far, so good! I have to wait a little more to see if I have any increased weight loss from the tea but it isn’t all about that! I just feel it is keeping me regular!

I'm down 2 pounds and that is very good considering I visited albany this weekend and didn't eat great. Now that I'm home and it's monday it is time to get serious.

I ordered tiny teatox the 14 day cleanse today and I am excited to start that! Everything I read about the tiny teatox is that it isn't like other detoxes because it doesn't have a laxative effect. I am not expecting it to be a miracle tea but I hope that it will just help me to stay focused and that it will help with bloating and keep me healthy! I will post an after about the teatox when I get it and finish it!

Today is cardio kickboxing day! This is MWF at the Y and I am going to go at 5:45 and I might do more cardio before! Tomorrow my friend is convincing me to try pure barre, but it is so expensive that I probably will only do this one time though.
