#tiny and big

tfw when you make fan art of an indie game so obscure you barely manage to scrounge up okay-ish references for the protag

Anyways, this is a cool game. I wish it were a bit longer though.

Tiny and Big came out five years ago today! I wish I’d have been there to enjoy it from the start, but I’m also totally cool with having played it at all two years after it originally dropped. I don’t know what it is exactly about it that’s kept me coming back the way I have since 2014 but man, there really hasn’t been a game quite like it since. 

I can say without question now that it is honestly my favorite game, like, possibly ever. It’s short, yes, and I might not play it as frequently as some of my other mainstays. Hell, I’m in the minority for even digging it in the first place. But I can’t name a single other title that’s managed to hook, inspire, frustrate, amuse, and fascinate me as much as this silly little story about underwear has. If you get the chance to try it out, please do.

heyo Sylvi (and company)! hope stuff’s going well

I decided yesterday if I ended up getting any of these I’d draw something so I decided to do a style test to see if I could emulate how to draw the main character of my favorite video game, Tiny and Big, in the style of the game’s cover art (and with a little bit of the in-game model for Tiny in there too)

My usual way of drawing The Boy’s on the right (a bit rushed — I drew it at like 4 something AM and was gettin’ ready to sleep). They both seem rather bummed at the idea of meeting a clone of themselves.
