they now say he is very active and shouldnt live in an apartment, which i think is good

i miss him, but it was the right choice for both of us. ive slept a lot better and feel less tense. i will try to take more walks on my own, but without a dog it will be more difficult

i wish him the absolute best and i hope he finds a home that gives him everything he needs, a place he can relax and grow.

i have to remind myself that it was the right decision, he needs a more active home than i can provide. i dont have the time or energy to teach him how to relax and be content with lazy days. i dont have the time or energy for 2x45 minute walks + daily training

they have my notes on him and they'll be able to update his information, find a more active home

he got a great vacation

i left them the drawing, they said they'll pass it on to the new family, idk if they actually will but the idea is very sweet

im gonna donate some of the money i get back from his purchase

idk what to do with the car cage, if it can be returned used, or if i can even handle going back to the store and explain why i want to return it

im gonna miss him so much

he's such a good dog and he deserves all the cuddles, walks, training and play the world has to offer

it's also heartbreaking to feel like. i thought i was an active person and that i could absolutely handle him, but he was more than i expected. and it's just. yeah. i didnt expect that level of energy.

he really is such a great dog. such a pleasure to train, he is so clever and eager to train, and so good on walks, even though he is reactive towards dogs and electric scooters. he plays so nicely.
