Did he already get sentenced? I read that the minimum sentence for that type of murder should be 55+ years in the state of Indiana
He’s been charged, but not convicted. He plead not guilty recently, most likely because he’s trying for a plea deal. I doubt he’ll get that, though. There’s a really hard case against him, especially from what I’ve heard recently about how he’s been acting since it happened.
