13. Hardest character to write

Oof. It depends on the day. If I had to choose, probably Renzo Shima. You’d think he’d be easy to write considering he’s so plainly open about what he wants and it’s easy to get into his head. 

Another one is Shiemi. She’s one of my favorite characters but I have shockingly hard time with her, particularly her drive (which is important for writing certain characters.)

25. Favorite line you’ve ever written

Aye, aye. Any of the lines that I wrote either in complete sarcasm/sass such as:

“Sweetie, the word you’re looking for is “prodigy.” Not that prodigal isn’t far from describing your brother.”~As A Demon Thinketh, Chapter 10 

Or the ones I wrote that have stupid metaphors (listen, I love stupid metaphors) like this: 

“Almost like someone had shaken a two-liter bottle of soda filled with coke and mentos then phased it into his stomach. It made him feel a bit sick.”~As A Demon Thinketh, Chapter 7

38. Do you reread your own stories?

Ugh. Caught red-handed! Yes, I do, from time to time and for a few reasons. 

A) I need to in order to touch up on my writing and look at how far I’ve come. 

B) To make small edits to certain parts of a story, especially if some lines come off as racist or sexist (hey, I had a bad phase when I was 14/15. I was not a good writer. Leave me be.)

The line that Yukio said was やればできるじゃないか, which is literally “You can do it if you do it, can’t you?” In not-terrible English that’s something like “man, you’re pretty good when you actually try” so...same as the Viz translation. 

In the next speech bubble he says “but you came back to your senses almost immediately” almost like he’s disappointed about that, and then talks about Rin’s kindness as a limitation. With how warped Yukio’s thinking was right then, I’m guessing he either thought berserk!Rin's brutal power was the kind of thing that he looks up to and wants to have for himself, or he was secretly hoping he’d die from the attack, or both.

Let's see if she can even pay for a lawyer. Those guys are expensive. Would to be a fly on the wall when she enters the office of who she thinks is s lawyer and end up talking to a patent attorney instead... XD

the way she acts like not being able to get a luxury item you want when you want it makes it seem like that one boast she made about coming from a rich family on her banned dA account seem realistic. seriously, she called me a baby because I couldn’t afford to get a video game at new price when I want it and my dad got a secondhand copy of it for me two Christmases ago.
