TIME PLACE

TIME PLACE is the title of an exhibition I placed in 2009, two words from black scotch foil adhered to the windows of artnewscafe in Plovdiv. A year and a half on, they still stand there, beyond their original meaning and idea, as a new artwork off its context. The words of the title have won their right to independent existence and, contrary to their transient nature, have become as though “petrified”, evoking new meanings and relationships that have stepped out of their context and emerged in the general public’s, and in our individual, imagination.
