This was my first time actually planning and shooting with my Timelapse+ VIEW. This is a pretty unique/awesome little device to say the least! I planned on shooting from a park that was a bit closer to the capital but I think the entrance must have been buried behind some snow so I couldn't find it. It was a race against time because the sun was setting pretty fast and I still didn't know where the hell I was going.....sooooo...I just made the best of it and went for the nearest boat landing which was a bit further away but was manageable. I didn't quite get the framing I wanted because I was a bit further out but I made the best of it. I had to use a different focal length but I couldn't zoom in too far since the wind was blowing pretty harshly across the lake and I didn't want to limit my shutter speed to much. I didn't know the lake well enough to want to venture out too far onto it so I followed a trail and setup. I had some pretty great results and can't wait to get a few more of these timelapses scratched off my list! With it being 6 degrees F and dropping with some pretty powerful winds across the lake I would say I earned this one!
