OHARA - JUST NORTH OF KYOTO This video will be a bitter-sweet viewing for the folks who have been to Japan on one of our tours. We always visit the little village of Ohara, just north of Kyoto. We shop along this same little path next to the stream, sample the pickles, sip some shiso juice, nibble on some yuzu, buy an indigo treasure... Well, we can't be there but we can enjoy the virtual stroll... We love sharing these little snippets of Kyoto offered by our friends at Time and Design in Kyoto.
