Happy Birthday Princess

allow me to gush for a moment about my favorite kid, he’s so soft and caring and his smile could cure blindness and if you are someone he feels comfortable enough around to show it to then you are blessed my friend

he’s a goofball and and he’s clumsy and he loves his friends more than life itself, he’s constantly worried and anxious about what people are thinking, which is why to him there’s no such thing as comfortable silence, so he fills it with the whirlwind that’s inside his head, and even when he’s alone it’s so much that he can barely stop it from quietly leaking out of the corners of his mouth.

he’s creative and passionate. he wants to find love and safe spaces and be there for his friends, he is quick witted and more intelligent that he wants other people to know. he’s realizing more every day that people want to see the real dave, and not just the dave shaped cocoon that he’s built up around himself to protect people from caring about him the way he cares about them, because that shit is straight up terrifying. he’s realizing that he deserves a lot more than he’s ever let himself belief he’s earned.

Thought I’d redesign my Shy Guy/Gal OCs. So I doodled the Sages. (Though. This is the first I’ve posted of them on Tumblr in particular, I think.) Tried to get more accurate proportions, shorter and whatnot. Made their masks less expressive ‘cause that’s kinda the point, isn’t it? Just had to have Breeze Gal’s eyes still closed, though. Kinda overhauled Desert Guy, used to be supposed to be free-floating sand in a cloud or something. I like this design better; Kinda based it on DesertMan.EXE.
