The sweaty jacked and racked saxophonist (Tim Capello) version of "I Still Believe" is better than Michael Been's original.
I doubt this is controversial, but it bears needing said.

Heal me, Tim Capello.
I dedicate this post to @thestonecuttersguild 💀
I'll take my place upon this stage 🌹✨
I know I already posted about the Tim Capello show, but I think what's stuck with me about it is how inspirational it was—as entertaining a performer as he is, you could really see that he's used to working with other artists and making them look good. Speaking as someone more prone to jumping into the spotlight, it's inspirational as hell—we're in for a rough time over the next several years, and remembering to build each other up as well as strut our stuff is going to be key to building solidarity.
So this one goes out to all of you other artists out there—don't be afraid to take the stage, and don't be afraid to reach out a hand to others to help them up as well. It's our job to remind people why they're out there working to make things better, and we're gonna do it together 💖
