This is pretty much the exact reaction the tattoo artist I'm getting him from had.

I want to point out that this blog is a safe space. I try my hardest to not reblog or post anything that dregs up conflict. of course, certain opinions are occasionally held by me, the admin (Danielle, tilliwriteapine), and I may speak about them. But at the same time, the ridiculousness of the fandom is a bit much at times.

I don't see a lot of the posts that are anti Adam (thank God), but I hear things. And I try to stay far away from the fight. As a ridiculously busy nurse with mental and physical exhaustion (among other ailments), sometimes all I can do is just like stuff to reblog later and keep scrolling.

I know this blog is pretty basic - just reblog s of other posts and the occasional thirst post. I don't/can't make original content (I'm tech savvy, but not in an image or gif creative way), but I respect the hell out of those who have come before me with their skills and creativity. And I also mostly made this blog because I ran out of Queue space on my main blog because I fell head-over-heels in love with Adam Driver December 2019 and it hasn't slowed down since.

So, while I don't actively participate in much of the fandom drama, I not only hear about it, but I actively try to avoid much of the anti drama.

Adam Driver is one of the best actors of our time. To be alive at the same time as him - my mind is blown. (And I try to cure cancer for a living...) He is fantastic at what he does, no matter the role. One day he'll even get that Oscar. Can any character or movie be riddled with controversy? Absolutely. But by not separating the actor from the character, real life from the fiction, you have blurred the lines of entertainment and realism. And Adam tries his hardest to find balance in his new Star-studded life.
