Her motions stopped as yet she didn't look away from her mangled hands. Water trickled from her fingers as it washed her blood away. "It's early for anything." She said a bit tersely, wincing as she snapped a finger bone back into place.

❝ I share many words with the stars . ❞ Yue began , her smiling bright { { just } } a hair . ❝ Every night , I ask them how Sokka is doing , and if he is alright . They tell me of his adventures , and should he hurt , they show me where he is so that I may visit him . And , the same for my Father . ❞ Her eyes fell from the stars as something { { weighed } } her heart down . She pulled her attention to Rin - Xue , tilting her head in question over what { { exactly } } was plaguing his mind .

❝ The stars tell me things about all of the Spirits , Rin - Xue , including you . They tell me about all the great things you have done in your lifetime , and how { { proud } } they are of who you have become after all this time . ❞ She knelt beside him , the skirt of her clothes { { pooling } } around her with grace . She rested her hand on his cheek , brushing across the fur there with utmost care .

❝ You have done such wonderful things , Rin - Xue . You have no need to doubt yourself . ❞ Yue's head fell back , her opalescent hair falling behind her shoulders as her eyes caught the twinkle of a star . It spoke to her , and as she nodded in response , her smily grew more fond .

❝ The stars are saving a place for you , when your time comes . ❞

❝ it sounds like you're dodging the question. ❞ she pointed out, not unkindly. katara instead turned her attention to the mixture of slush that he'd let fall to his feet, sighing to herself as she stepped closer & knelt to the ground. it would be an impressive show of skill to use her bending to try & sculpt something from the mess, but there is something far more satisfying in plunging her gloved hands into the snow & manually crafting.

The tiger mask bored its empty eyes into the other, the pale robed figure perched upon a tree branch above. "Oi! Do you mind telling me where I am right now?"

A pause, before the pale figure scratched lazily at his chin.

"Also have you seen a big scary monster around here?"

The Dark One had yet to find the poetic inspiration that he was looking for when he had wandered out here. This stranger in a tiger mask was the first thing to stick out to him - although he wasn't sure if it was providing much artistic motivation just yet.

"This is a nameless forest near Yu Dao~ An unfortunate twist for such lovely trees to be viewed too insignificant for a name." Of course, calling this a forest was a bit of a stretch since it was rather tiny. Still, the poet preferred the dramatics.

Iroh felt a familiar chill at the appearance of the same white-masked spirit he told himself he hallucinated on the Northern tundra all those years ago. It was an odd question. To be trusted with a spirit's secret was no trifling matter, yet he was sure it would be fraught with danger. He told himself he was not afraid.
