The fact that wandavision happens maybe 8 days after endgame and when the reverse snap happened it was immediately after civil war so vision has been dead for maybe 10 days at most and in that time the sicko agent took his body away for experimenting if that's the theory we're going with and Wanda stole him back and built the massive energy field around the town no wonder this is her coping mechanism.

we are still in redherringsville with more than half the show (runtime-wise) to go
why american sitcoms?
why the town of westview, new jersey? is that anywhere close to the sword base where she yoinked visionās body?
why was she on the cusp of telling vision about her weird incident with dottie in episode 2?
why the commercials?
why broadcastĀ a signal of the show, if she wants to be left alone in her fake new home?

wanda still seems to be alternating between confusion and lucidity. whateverās happening in the bubble, sheās not or hasnāt been completely free from its influence either
i think she regained awareness when monica mentioned ultron, but decided that she wanted to stay because world hard and cold and sitcom warm and soft
of course we still end up with a situation where wanda is okay with the continued brainwashing/imprisonment of 3,000 townspeople in misery and suffering, which is no good very bad of her and an especially bad instance of āāāuwu nuanceāāā, unless thereās more yet-to-be-revealed context here. even if sheās not the cause if it, she does seem to have the power to free these people, but is actively choosing not to. why? i donāt need her character to be uwu pure, but i wanna believe thereās more behind it than the coping mechanism to her depresso espresso, and if not i guess iāmma be pretty disappointed sdkfdlsj
