Please come support this cause!! “June is and important time, nationally it is Pride month, the BLM movement needs all the voices and support right now and locally, it is Unity month for our town of Thurmont and more than ever do we need to show a sense of community in our little town. For years, our town has unfortunately had a negative stigma with racist groups. Let us begin to erase that reputation with our first ever commUNITY walk. Line up along the walk starting at the memorial park (we are not meeting in the park, just along the sidewalk) and we will make our way through downtown Thurmont to the community park where we show solidarity to the more marginalized groups in Thurmont.
