It feels sluttier in person than it looks in the pictures.

I made a face and made myself laugh so today's proof of life includes a real smile today. LOVING my little micro mullet, which reminds me of paying the adhd tax. I've always hated my hair when it's mullety because, being curly, it usually reminded me of 90s substitute teachers I used to make fun of. But I never committed to actually shaving any of it. The little shaved parts by my ears make me feel so much better about it and it's Very Gender now.

So, proof of life today is telling you that sometimes commit to the bit because if you half ass it you'll never know if you actually like it or not.

“She can’t fit in here! I’m safe!” *turns into a gas and slips under the door*

“How come you never go out?” “Well, I never get invited to parties…”

“Come to the gym with me! We should lose weight” “Not in a thousand years.” (incidentally, that’s when she was last alive.)

There will be a requirement that the actor playing Carmilla must be bigger because when I wrote it, I was mad at not ever being able to be the dark, sexy criminal of my dreams because casting directors don't see me as an option. Male or Female, whatever gender I'm playing, my size and round features seem to prevent me from being seen as potentially sexy and I was so mad about it. There's a line in it where Carmilla tells Hugo it's stupid that he doesn't believe Laura could ever love someone like her.

The musical made the mistake of making Michael's dad like mine, so I had to take a break when I was describing the footsteps. Up until about a year ago, I lived in my parents' basement, and hearing him walking above me was pretty scary.
