As a long-time Undertale fan, seeing Reginald "Nyeh" brings me a lot of joy. He says it exactly like how Papyrus does.
Oh my gods, imagine Reginald and Papyrus hanging out together. The contrast between the charismatic Toppat leader with an aspiring sentry to be a royal guard is so good... (Not that Papyrus is dumb, I mean he Knows Reginald is a criminal much like how he knows death pretty well)
Reginald and Papyrus bond over the latter's different kinds of pastas and the former is just fascinated at his cooking skills and design making. The problem is that Papyrus doesn't taste his own meals hence why it ends being too salty or sweeter (or horrendous) than it should.
And then Reginald pulls Papyrus aside to essentially teach him how to cook pasta AND taste it for once.
I like to think that Papyrus shows Reginald the diversity of monsters' attack patterns and how it's a part of tradition to express themselves through them, hence why monsters have bullet patterned birthday cards or otherwise. Reginald would be very fascinated at that.
Then cut to Right Hand Man and Sans watching both of them bond.
RHM would smirk and lean to Sans' nonexistent ear and said, "That's my Reggie."
For Sans specifically, he's glad that his brother has a new human friend to bond with, even though he's criminal. But he wouldn't really give a fuck as long as Reginald not being a bad influence. (I mean take into account that Sans lets the main character hang out with Papyrus regardless if you killed any monsters at all)
