The guys from #penicottwildernessjourneys were super friendly and knowledgeable; filling us in on some of the history of the area, pointing out the wildlife and taking us out to see the sea cliffs. ps. What another amazing week on the #threecapestrack and #tasmanpeninsula Tuesday, which was the first day started out with torrential rain, but visits to the local chocolate factory, gin distillery and other local sightseeing activities filled in the day that wasn't suitable or safe for walking. The rest of the week was perfect weather for walking though. It was another awesome and fun team who got along so well so there were plenty of laughs during the week. We are truly blessed to be able to share this beautiful part of the world with so many amazing, like-minded and fun people. A fun morning out on our free community and training walk around the Piles Creek Loop in the Brisbane Waters National Park. We had people training for upcoming adventures with us, people new to hiking and those looking to just get out for some bush therapy and outdoor exercise with like-minded people. The beauty of Cape Hauy on the spectacular Tasman Peninsula which is day 1 on our 4 day #threecapestrack adventure. Return is around 9.5km out to the end and back to the car park at Fortescue Bay, but it’s worth the effort. We get asked a lot, what training should we do for our Three Capes Track adventure.
