#three wips

Thanks for the tag @tortoisesshells! As I am currently toggling among three pieces, I chose the one that with the sentence that was in the middle, versus the one with 2 words and the one with 78 (!). With no further ado, from Chapter 30 of what it is to be a thin crescent moon:

1) The door was peeled off of its hinges and tossed to the side before Lin charged through, Tenzin and Tarrlok at her heels. Mako, Bolin, and Asami were close behind, followed by a man in a red and white uniform.

“Well, that took you less time than I anticipated,” Amon said dryly. “Clearly my chi blockers have gotten lazy.”

2) “Relena? Can you hear me?” Sally’s muffled voice broke through the haze of Relena’s mind, causing her to look up at the doctor turned security specialist.

“I…sort of? Everything sounds kind of muffled.” Relena paused as she frowned. “I’m shouting, aren’t I?”

3) He lives in a sea of adoration that feels as empty as the void of space.
