based off of this plot
catherine wished she could say her life felt complete, but everything felt so dull. she knew everyone assumed everything was glamorous with her. what person wouldn't want the whole world falling at their feet? to have that kind of influence took a toll on catherine, more than she liked to admit to the public. attending charity events felt superficial. while the cause was catherine's main concern, the press and media used these events to tell tabloid lies. to come out with a fabricated story so they could get their pay. excusing herself from the cameras, as best as she could, the woman let out a deep sigh when she felt she was out of sight. however, she wasn't alone. glancing from the corner of her eye she offered a fake, yet warm smile (something she was good at). "oh hi," catherine chuckled before pointing towards the crowd they were standing away from. "sorry, i just had to get away from all of the commotion." tucking a piece of hair behind her ear, she felt a bit embarrassed. was it the way the other woman stared into her eyes? or did she feel like an idiot for getting caught looking exhausted at such an important event? "i'm catherine by the way. you are?" she offered out her hand for a handshake.
