Nutrient Labels - A Quick Read
If you aren’t eating a fruit, vegetable or animal, your food item comes with a nutrition label. First thing first, look at the serving size. Is it more than one? Factor that in. Next, look at the daily value percentages. If that number is over 15%, you are taking up a lot of your daily allowance with that one item - is it worth it? Take special note of fats (saturated and trans), sodium, and sugars.
