Hi anon. I was doing some research on the subject of thought disorders but I couldn’t find an answer to your question. However, I think that, in order for a thoght disorder to be considered as one, it can take, as with many mental illnesses, from weeks to months and be quite consistent, I mean, the disordered speech should be present in most of your speech, but not necessarilly all your speech has to be disordered. You can have moments of normal speech too. But that’s my opinion, I’m not a professional, so my advice is that you go ask someone whos works in the field of psychology or psychiatry to help you figure out if you actually have a problem or not.

He has the biggest blue eyes you ever saw. It's like he has a magic power, able to make anyone feel important when he asks questions. At six years old, my little brother is thirteen years younger than me. I, out of all seven of us, am his favorite sister. We've had a rough couple of years, him and I. I am the second eldest; he's the youngest, and between the two of us, there are four siblings, and they all have issues. Between thought disorders making his sisters think it's fine to hurt him, to the youngest sister nearly dying of a staph infection, his childhood has quickly fallen apart. It became obvious when he declared to me, with the most serious expression, that, one day, we all would die. And that was why he shouldn't have to do his homework. It didn't matter. So we laid in the grass watching clouds, discussing life and lied to Mom about his homework getting lost at school. Why waste what time we have left?
