agree on the sunk cost fallacy. not all fans, but a good chunk of THL fans seem to just… hate the game? they hate half the cast for being “problematic”… hate the artstyle… hate the writing choices… hate the gameplay (if they even played it), hate the pacing, the character designs, hate the humor… it’s fine to dislike some aspects of the game, sure. but if you hate absolutely everything, to the point of constantly complaining with nothing positive to say… what are you still here for? wouldn’t everyone be happier if people played games they enjoy?

Takumi is never angry/aggressive/mean towards yugamu like yeah he’s like “yeah this dudes a weirdo” but he’s never aggressive. hell in the game Takumi’s like “you’re creepy to the very end but I kinda like that about you” I think that even if he was asked to be mean, Takumi would feel real awful about it after. he wouldn’t be able to bring himself to be mean. sumikage brings me so much joy and can take so many flavors but I love it when it’s sweet -🦐
