So, it seems our love for the area has faded and it is time to move on. The realization is not all bad. In fact, it has helped to give us a glimmer of hope. The idea that there may actually be much more to England than this experience has offered us is exciting.

Goodbye crazy neighbours. I appreciate the apology, but the damage is everlasting. I only wish it were me that you'd started with whilst "off your tits", 'cause as you are aware, I don't mess around. Given the fact that I was at your doorstep within 20 seconds of you berating my daughter with your trashy mouth because she was uncomfortable responding to a group of (obviously drunk) strangers shouting across the street at her, I think you know that I am not playin'. 

No, it's cool. I accept your lame apology for calling her names and cussing at her. I am forgiving like that. Her? Not so much...just ask the Dr. about the anxiety it has provoked in her. 

The kitten was a nice touch though.

I sure hope it wasn't you that booted the door so hard the whole house rattled at 8pm the other night. It's been 8 months. I've bit my tongue and even held a door for you at the school whilst you walked your daughter in ahead of me. It's time for you to let it go. No seriously. Thanks for the boot print though. It acts as a constant reminder that it is not just in my head and this area really isn't for us.

And finally, to the dude that has been released from prison recently and his entourage of criminal masterminds petty thieves...thanks for the memories. It's ok, you can have the bike.

Please leave our freakin' car alone until  we're gone. The kids are already feeling violated enough!

Guess it's time to give an exit interview in the form of a Neighbourhood Survey. Good thing they sent one out this week, huh?!!
