Dear @ShoePalace : your @WestfieldTopanga location currently has HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have bought several shoes from this location previously, around the holidays and was treated sooooo well. But today my family of 4 walked around your store for like 10mins and NOBODY said hello, may we help you, do you need anything - nothing. And today is the day before my kids birthday, so I was prepared to spend $$$.
