So now the "Thirtysomething" sequel series pilot has the 4 original kids cast with Chris Wood and Odette Annabel as Leo and Janie Steadman, and Patrick Fugit and Auden Thornton as Ethan and Brittnay Weston. They join original actors who played the kids' parents Ken Olin, Mel Harris, Timothy Busfield, and Patricia Wettig as the main cast.  My Mom was a fan of the original series and I remember seeing some of it when I was little in the early 90s, and so far they've casted actors I was already a fan of. Will be interesting if/when this gets picked up who else is cast and if any of the other original cast will be back too.
