I put together this fun outfit this morning to show you a couple things: 1. Mix patterns. This is a huge current fashion trend. Don't be afraid to put something together. Fashion is fun! 2. Look at this top. I saw it at a local Goodwill last weekend and knew I needed it. But it was a size XL. So I spent most of this morning with my sewing kit taking the sides in to make it fit like a Medium (as shown). LOOK AT HOW CRAFTY I AM. 3. The hat and chunky statement necklace was also thrifted. This whole outfit (minus shoes, tights, and clutch) was $15. (top $2, skirt $3, hat $6, necklace $4). 4. Don't be afraid to be thrifty! 5.
