listening to CDs in the kitchen i always brace myself for the ad between songs but then it just keeps rolling. skipping around how i like without interruption feels heavenly. we're in such a commercial angst prison that books and CDs are luxury now 😭

“Admittedly it’s hard to pinpoint what inspires my personal style because I get some much inspiration from all over and my tastes are always fluctuating. But as of right now, I’ve been challenging myself to make my own clothes, so if I see something cool that I like, I wanna see if I can make it for myself. The top is made from a shirt I thrifted, the outer skirt layer is made from left over silk lining from a wedding dress I repurposed in a project, and there’s an inner skirt layer that I made from some fabric I had laying around. The boots are Miista, and the bag is second hand.”
