#thinner route

so like. i was reading the fandom wiki on mickey mouse a while ago when i got to thinking. i dont think mickey would intentionally go kicking everyones ass with thinner if he knows there's another option (paint) but then i remembered

learning that you're just a cartoon (because you gotta remember this version of mickey seems completely unaware) and that you unknowingly ruined someones life not once but twice must be horrifying

and not only that but youre suddenly trapped in an unknown world with people that know you but you dont know them? with places that look so familiar but just different enough (toontown vs ostown)? the derealization must be strong with this one

so i think. the thinner route, if i were to write it, wouldn't be as much as psychopathic mickey as i've seen some others portray it. itd be more of a "mickey doesnt know what the fuck is going on and is too afraid to find out"

he isn't insane, just really scared and confused. he wants the enemies to go away, it isnt his fault the magical brush takes that as Murder Them.

besides, is it really hurting them if they were never real in the first place?
