Pregnant grey clouds and a day at the desk ahead
12 April 2016: 0915 My nose often bleeds when I blow it these days and I wonder if one of my medications - mercatopurine or remicade? I doubt it’s mesalazine - is thinning the membranes. @squats-4-pinkcupcakes do any of your UC patients find this? I guess I should google it but if any other spoonies have experienced it, let me know! @mynewnormaluc? @lifeaccordingtocrohns? I have been on drugs for so many years and of course there’s my age; maybe it’s a menopause thing - it seems all fine membranes are a bit delicate these days 👀. Nurses? @deartreadmill?
Tuesday is a work-from-home day. The sky is full of big fat rain clouds and my day will be spent at my desk grinding through compliance modules. The yoga mat is on the floor ready for push-ups and stretching when a break is required.
