Am i having insomnia because:
a) Im having an flare up and it messes with my sleep cycle
b) going to start my period soon and the hormones mess with the sleep cycle.

i’m doing prep for my colonoscopy tomorrow and i’ve had to drink 2 litres of a rly strong laxative (CoLyte) over 2 hours and it is the most disgusting thing i’ve ever put in my mouth and i am SUFFERING. i will spare you the gorey details but colyte is vile and horrible and has me gagging which makes it very hard to drink 2 FULL LITRES.
and tomorrow at 8am i need to drink another 2 litres before my appointment in the afternoon, which is in the same hospital my dad was in a coma in and died in only like two summers ago!! i really did not want to go back there but if i went to a different hospital i would have to wait another two months or something so. sigh
i can’t wait for this to all be over so a) i know whether i have IBD or not and b) i can go eat pho with my boyfriend as a reward for my suffering.
i wish i had more money so i could also buy myself a blunt or something to smoke before we eat pho LOL. but whatever i have weed and i’m gonna smoke it and i can just imagine it’s extra strong
I ate half a portion of chips (fries, for my non-English pals), and now I feel sick. Mind you, I've had 2 doses of anti-sickness medication... 🤦
How likely is it that a form of gastroparesis can be co-morbid?
I refuse to accept that I feel sick all the time - the nausea is in my stomach and oesophagus, if that makes sense - just because of UC, which is famously the large intestinal tract and therefore should not be this prolific for nausea?
