HEADCANON ( BODIES ): ( born ) werewolves are generally full of muscle. since a young age they are out in the woods running around having even a longer lasting stamina than actual human children & the stamina & energy of children is always high. after their first 5 to 7 years of live they start having daily training. which means they never really ‘rest’ & the muscle builts up. what you can notice from their BODY TYPE is if they are the runners, ( the fastest ones ) or the strongest ones or have found a balance between both. for example the fast ones will mostly be slim and be really hard to be caught up. they can always jump & do tricks on the air easier, therefore the ones with the really wide bodies are really hard to move from the position they stand. they can crash stuff easier & the ones that have a balance between both have wider bodies than the runners but not too much. they mostly tend to always have a balance in their fighting of the other two kinds. their body types since young ages are mostly the reason they get trained to one sort of style. that does not mean the slim ones can’t stay in place and fight or the wider ones can’t run fast. they can do the same stuff but they take advantage of what their body allows them to do better. it’s also difference from gender to gender.
