I actually saw her in a talent show thing in jersey over the summer, haha. Hooray for Philly people!

DEAR BESTFRIEND,

Where oh where do I begin? I could write a novel really. It’s funny, we’ve lived like 2 minutes from each other almost our entire lives but only became friends in high school, and best friends after. These past couple years have been hell for me, there have been amazing moments and bad, but through it all you’ve been there for me and I am eternally grateful. When I got pregnant instead of shunning me for being at such a young age, you were supportive. I feel like when that happened it really showed me who in my life was going to stick around. You and Nicole have always been there for me, and for the past year I’ve had Mike and Pat. I know that I’m going to grow old having the best friends a girl could ask for, and we’re all going to be wrinkly old people all getting together to do something stupid. 

I never really express much how thankful I am to have you, Nicole, Mike, and Pat in my life. But you all have saved me in so many ways. You all pull me out of my fits of depression and make me feel like I am loved and cared for, which is something I have struggled with for many years. 

Friends come and go, but best friends are for life. And I couldn’t have picked a better friend to end up marrying in 5 years if I’m not married to anyone else.
