“  are you about to spy bang me,  banes or are you genuinely interested?  ”    pardon her,  to be quite frank.   she did just have a large conglomerate company fuck her over,  lose her job, lose a bunch of friends and was practically told to keep the killer aliens a secret or she would be thought insane.   she accomplished so much in that company only to be ridiculed and fired.   being expendable can really take a toll on a person’s mindset.   there’s just a raise of ripley’s brow,  she’s leaning back in her chair,  it squeaks.   the only sound in the room.   that question was probably offensive,  it just slipped from her lips.   mikaela banes seems like a women who doesn’t dare fuck with any kind of that sort.    empathy in the form of a warrior goddess.    eyes close. “ sorry,  awful question.  ”    // continued for @the-warrior-goddess.

“I have jeans on so I think they’ll be fine.” She snatched up the helmet and spun it in her hands thoughtfully. “Are we going anywhere in particular?” Not that Tess cared, she was just happy to be getting out.

It...really is pretty bad.  Like, the dumbest decision they made was that resplendents don’t increase BST.  That would’ve been perfect bait for people who don’t spend relentlessly to have their weaker characters keep up in scoring, but still stand 0 chance against powercreep.  But instead they completely fucked up and now no one’s having fun.

That’s all it ever was.  Obviously.  The ninja banner ended, Guinivere’s ends tonight, the Mythic banner will only have tomorrow left.  Like, of course it was set this late to force players into a situation where they’re tempted to spend on what’s currently up before showing anything.  Except that this level of delay also killed any excitement for what they could possibly reveal, and it hysterically had the opposite effect.  I should probably thank them, because I was torn on summoning F!Morgan or B!Lysithea if the new units weren’t interesting.  But now I’m just irritated to the point I’m not spending any orbs.  Limstella or Sara, or I don’t care.  I have enough red and blue mages, I don’t really need more.  In fact I’m pretty set on units in general, and neither are good for Arena or Aether Raids, so who cares.  I’m just not invested anymore.  Had they gotten the channel out a few days ago, maybe I’d give a shit still.  Now I’m not only refusing to spend on two units I’d otherwise care about, I’ve locked it in to only trying really hard for something if it’s one of two characters.  Great job, idiots.
