After yesterday’s disappointing Rosé wine, I was hesitant to order another with today’s brunch. But I was brave and went for it - and today was a score! This 2013 Lambrusco Spumante from Cantina Della Volta in Emília Romagna was crisp, acidic, with a nice fruit balance. Wonderfully effervescent. It paired beautifully with short rib hash at the coolest restaurant in Venice, Ca for brunch - the Tasting Kitchen.
