I’ve never seen a “current” and “previous” section on a resume BUT I always like to remind people that pretty much nobody reading your resume knows what current standards and practices for resumes are either. They change from year to year. So as long as your resume looks tidy and is readable and presents your skills in as relevant a way as possible, nobody’s going to measure how wide your margins are or tut over the fact that you didn’t write the dates of your employment correctly, so I never worry too much about what is acceptable on a resume (beyond the obvious “no profanity and decent font size” :D). 

Now, there IS a concern with “how do I present these” which I will get to in a second, but there is also a concern with cramming all three jobs in -- are all three relevant to the work you’re applying to? You are under no legal obligation to tell your prospective employer whether these jobs are full or part time, so you don’t need to report three part-time jobs to imply that you are full-time employed. Including jobs with no relevance to the work you’re applying to can actually clutter up your resume and make someone less likely to a) see your skills and thus b) select you for an interview. So if any of the jobs you currently work aren’t relevant to the job you want, consider leaving them off, unless you need their presence on your resume to make it a full page.

Now, if they are relevant, or you need their presence on your resume, that’s okay too. Three jobs certainly speaks to your work ethic. But because you don’t need to inform your prospective employer of your hours on each job, I would simply list them under employment, starting with the most recent one you were hired for. List them the same way you would other jobs, with “[Hiring date] - Current”. When I list my current job on my resume, I make sure that the description of what I did underneath it is a bit longer than the others, and occasionally I’ll make the font a point larger so that it stands out, but people are capable of reading dates if they want to -- and if they’re just giving the resume a quick skim, they’ll see the job and what it entailed rather than the dates, which is what you want them to see anyway. 

Resumes are all about making sure you get the interview. They’re not a legal document registering your previous work. Any trick you can use short of outright fraud to get your foot in the door is one you want to use. But the most important thing for a resume is clarity and readability -- so I’d go with the simplest route, and just list your current jobs with the others.
