Guess who has two thumbs and is supposed to work for their comics for school but decided to use their time draw Wolfstar?

Bolton Roose is Loboan, from the Luna Lobo in the Anur Transyl system. One from a litter of three cubs. His pack prowled the woods of Luna Lobo for some time. That is, until the Anur system struck up a political alliance with outside systems (and alliance formed by the marriage of Kuphulu to Princess Looma Red Wind of Khoros), and the moon of Luna Lobo began being harvested for its natural resources. Timber. medicinal plants, top soil, fresh water, ore, etc. The wile and feral Loboans that lived there soon found that their habitat was shrinking. 

The adults of Bolton’s pack lashed out and attacked a group of Tetramand loggers. The vast majority of the pack was slaughtered, but through the intervention of the Plumbers with the help of several interplanetary humanitarian organizations, the cubs were spared and found foster homes for. 

As a method for calming his feral instincts, and teaching Bolton patience and discipline, Bolton’s foster parents arranged for musical lessons for him. He was instructed in a number of instruments from a number of different worlds. He never really master any of them until they got to the instruments of Earth. Much simpler than the advanced alien instruments like the Holophoner, but not as primitive and dull as a simple drum. Bolton took a liking to the violin. He would never become professionally good, but he was good enough to be considered proficient, and it helped smooth out his more feral instincts and habits. 

He hates Thep Khufan and Tetramand, blaming both races for the destruction of his home and murder of his family. 

Bolton joined the Plumbers because he wanted to protect other communities and families from falling victim to more advanced races that might take advantage of, or exploit them. 

But, his wild and feral early life is not completely gone. Every now and again, in the heat of a battle, or on a particularly difficult mission. When he’s in mortal danger, or maybe just so angry as to be sent into a rage. He will slip the leash of his self control and revert back to the mind of a beast. Savage. Uncontrollable. Violent. 

On one such mission he killed the perpetrator before they could be brought in for trial. The victim was saved. But emotionally traumatized by seeing the villain brutally dismembered by hand. 

As punishment for the incident, Bolton was transferred to a new post at the Plumbers headquarters in the Null Void. 

Later, when Rook takes over Max Tennyson’s job, and Kevin Levin takes over Rook’s job in the Null Void, Bolton requests a transfer back to real space. He doesn’t want to work under Kevin 11,000. 

That transfer is denied. 

He stays in the Null Void.
