Favourite meal to share with friends? Random, I know, but it's the best I can come up with on short notice!
No worries! and this is so interesting, I don't really...I'm not going to say "have friends," because obviously I do, but I don't do sit-down meals with most of them. I would say anything I've spent time on making: I love to feed people, but of course that's a. selfish (I do like to feed people for feeding's sake, but I also like to be praised for my labor) and b. more applicable to desserts, I don't have a signature cooking thing but my signature baking thing is, really, anything that looks hard. I am a very good baker, as my tragically disappeared gingerbread cookies can testify.
To answer more sappily, any meal I share with friends is my favorite: it's not what I'm eating, it's who I'm eating it with and the sense of community and love.
