“WWE Summerslam ‘19: A fun and decent event, but not really ‘the biggest party of the summer’.” ☀️🎊 - In all honesty, this year’s #Summerslam event may not have been a great show by ANY means... but it was surprisingly fun and quite a decent show with six matches, which for yours truly, was where the “fun” came from. 😄👌🏻 From the #WWESmackdownWomensChampionship Match between Bayley and Ember Moon, in which #TheHuggableOne had successfully defended her title, to #ThePhenomenal AJ Styles successfully defending his #WWEUnitedStatesHeavyWeightChampionship against #TheOneAndOnly Richochet in what was a really good, technically-sound match with plenty of highflying, aerial offenses/maneuvers, to the long awaited culmination of an 11-Year, emotionally-fueled rivalry between Kofi Kingston as he defends his #WWEWorldHeavyWeightChampionship against #TheViper Randy Orton in a match that ended in a “No-Contest”... their feud is FAR from over, oh it’s true... it’s damn true! 🌈🐍 Following that was Kevin Owens exacting MAJOR payback on the oh-so pompous and arrogant Mr.Richboy himself, Shane McMahon/Shane O’Mac, in a match that was okay at best, but was still very gratifying to see the rich punk get his a** beat... BAD!!! 😂☠️ And then we have #SmileyFinn Finn Bálor facing off against #TheFiend👹 in the latter’s debut match, and damn... Lord All-Mighty was THAT A HELL OF A DEBUT MATCH!!! 😃 The match itself was fine, but the PRESENTATION of “The Fiend” himself, his conflict of emotions, and brutal, monstrous #WrestlingStyle was dare I say... chilling, especially his usage of the #MandibleClaw submission hold on “Smiley Finn”, all of that made their bout special for yours truly! 😏 And finally, we have the Main Event match for the #WWEUniversalHeavyWeightChampionship which saw the champion himself, Brock Lesnar, failing to defend his title against the challenger, Seth Rollins, in a match that was the BEST of all the matches showcased! 😁👊🏻 Not sure how the fans in Toronto, Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦 felt about the event as a whole, but it was alright... though it could’ve been better, but yeah... 🙃 #ProWrestling #ArtOfWrestling #WWE #Summerslam2019 #PrettyGood #ButNotGreat https://www.instagram.com/p/B1DYu_lj-IE/?igshid=1rw5kk0fndrx6
