Music has such a big impact on my life,whenever ive had a rough time,my headphones go in and i block everything out,it has helped me overcome dark parts of my life,when no one could help,after you left music was my only option and i am now a better person,music is how i cope,music is my therapy,whenever i feel down,which is a lot,i let myself get lost in the songs and learn the words exactly and my whole mind goes blank and clears my head,dont tell me im stupid,because music really does save lives,just like its saved mine

Okay so every thursday night i go to a class for Borderline Personality Disorder. Its called DBT. It helps us learn how to use skills for everyday needs. There are only four of us 'students' and there are two 'teachers'. We have become such a close nit group. Anyways, i just got a message from one of the ladies, who I have become close to, saying, "Hey little one, thinking of you all day. Hope your day was great or at least some of it good." Because I am the youngest, and she is the 'mother duck' of the group, she has nicknamed me, 'Little one'. This actually made my day.
