The tiny fox trots a quick circle around the Empress, sizing her up possibly, before sitting down in front of her. "You use to be human? Weird, well you do kinda have the same shape still. You dodged that egg question the big one asked pretty quick. I know it was phrased in such a gross way but, to me it looked less like disgust and more like someone with a lot to hide." Arimus grins at her, his tiny, sharp teeth showing.
The armored amazon remained motionless, her amber lit eyes focused on Yemir. The puny Gallade attempting to light up her elbow vents, but in vain as all that came out were puffs of gas. Disappointment apparent on her face, this did not deter Yemir from trying once more. Baozhai did have to give Yemir credit, she was persistent, disturbingly so.
Whatever thoughts were rolling through the ghost’s mind were interrupted when the small vulpine inquired upon matters most personal. A slight twitch of the fingers. The magnetic pull to sheathe out her blade growing stronger by the second, Baozhai resisted the urge. There was no sly smile or snarky quip. The undead turned her eyes upon Arimus, gaze filled with such intensity, it would put any flames he might cough out to shame.
“My, aren’t you a nosy one.” Baozhai’s voice rumbled through her helmet, the tone flat, lacking in emotion. “If you must know, I never knew the joy of giving birth, even if said goal was well within sight. Considering the circumstances of my death. Bringing a child into this world was... Too much. I was quite lost in my own rage and arrogance during that time...”
The ghost paused, her eyes narrowing a bit as the old pain sliced through her mind like a hot poker. fresh from the fire. After a few moments, she shook herself free, staring back down at Arimus.
“If I were you, I’d take your leave while you still can. The fashion of modern day humans is something I have keen interest in for a long time. I must say, the thought of some freshly made mittens and a snow cap is starting to catch my eye. You even have colors that compliment my style, how thoughtful~” Though one couldn’t see it, the feeling of a rather ominous smile creeping upon Baozhai’s face could easily be sensed beyond the dark abyss of her helmet.

“What does my collar have to do with anything? Brother Cai got it for me because I thought it looked pretty, he added the charm though. I live here too, I guess it’s a bit boring sometimes.”
