Be sure to:
1. Use the submission tag!
2. @ yourself in the submitted post!
3. Include a brief description of the activity you are doing in the picture!

I am doing this to try and show more diverse body types doing diverse activities from working out to Martial Arts so that individuals can see someone that looks like them doing something and feel more encouraged. Many Women come to me asking if they are too old to start doing Martial Arts or if they should lose weight before starting to train and the answer is NO to both! You can start training at any age and any weight or fitness level!
